Clean the mint leaves and also add them in the jar, too.

At the end the ginger is added.

Fill the jar with water, and let it sit in a fringe for 8 hours.

On every hour, take the jar and shake it very well, because the vitamins and minerals, also antioxidants so mix between each other, and dissolve in the water.

You need to consume this liquid mixture every day.
